這次來吃的是台南特色小吃-蝦仁飯
在海安路上有兩家比較有名的蝦仁飯，另一間是集品
選矮仔成的理由只是因為當天集品人太多要很久
不過矮仔成也是有4-5個人在排隊啦...
論人氣兩家是不相上下的
矮仔成有2個店面，客人先在店門口填單
店員再依現場情況帶客入位

主力產品是蝦仁飯&肉絲飯，也可以選擇兩者混搭
價位以小吃價來看並不便宜，接著就看看餐點們吧
蝦仁飯(大) $100
老實說份量並不大，差不多就小吃店魯肉飯一晚的大小
蝦仁有10多顆，個頭也不是特別大
飯粒吸飽了湯汁，屬於軟爛的口感(蝦仁飯好像都比較偏軟爛風格)
個人覺得普普通通
香煎鴨蛋(半熟) $20
有鴨蛋特有的香氣，沒有腥味，配著蝦仁飯吃還不錯
古早味香腸 $25
非常的普通，整體偏乾，不好吃
涼拌豬肝 $40
味道還不錯，調味走鹹甜，是今天吃到覺得最好吃的一道
全部擺在一起對照一下大小，就知道大碗的蝦仁飯其實沒有很大
消費明細
整體來說價格偏貴、份量也偏少
一個人花了$185覺得還有點餓
口味也挺一般，當然也可能是不合個人胃口而已
不過就結論來說個人不考慮再訪，以後吃台南蝦仁飯先不要算我
